LABOR RATE: $60/hr

REPAIRS: All firearms in for repairs longer than 1 business day will need to be entered into the federal A&D log. Owner must pick it up in person and will not have to undergo a background check.

FIREARMS SALES: There is a $9 additional fee for use of the New York background check for all firearms sales (don’t blame the FFLs – vote the democrats out!!!!).

APPRAISALS: $10 per firearm or rate by the hour for collections.

SHIPPING FIREARMS: actual shipping cost plus $35 fee per firearm. These need to go through my books so there is more time involved than just boxing up the firearm.

SAFEKEEPING OF FIREARMS: firearms in our care for safekeeping shall be entered as repairs and they must be picked up by the person who dropped them off. Every firearm must be logged into our books and tags made out along with a receipt. The cost per firearm is $15 (it takes about 15 minutes to process a single firearm). If firearms are left for more than 90 days extra fees shall be incurred.

AMMO SALES: There is a $3 fee for use of the New York background check for all ammunition sales (don’t blame the FFLs – vote the democrats out!!!!).

AMMO SALES TRANSFERRED FROM OTHER VENDORS: There will be a $15 fee.

FIREARMS TRANSFER: Tracking information from sender IS REQUIRED so we can expect it (GDG is not responsible for any damage or malfunctions of firearms from outside vendors): $35 

SPECIAL ORDER: We would be happy to help you find what you’re looking for. We require a 10% deposit for all special orders. If order can not be fulfilled the deposit will be refunded. 

CONSIGNMENT: 20% Should you decide not to sell a firearm you will need to fill out a 4473, go through a background check and pay the $35 transfer fee (don’t blame the FFLs – vote the democrats out!!!!).

LAYAWAY: Down payment is what you can afford, however, after 60 days the item will be placed back up for sale and your deposit will be forfeited.

CREDIT CARDS: There will be an additional charge of 3% if a credit card is used.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: We do offer gift certificates.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL: By state and federal law, we reserve the right to not sell to a person if we believe there is reason. 

USED MERCHANDISE: We do not warranty used merchandise – it is sold “as is”. However, we will do all we can to make the situation right and help out.

TRADES: We do accept trades – what do you have?

TAX EXEMPT STATUS FOR OUR NATIVE AMERICAN FRIENDS: We can print you out a DTF-801.

To purchase a firearm from another dealer inquire if they have our Federal Firearms License number.  If not we would be happy to send it to them.  It is illegal to ship firearms to another person in new york state - all firearms transactions must go through a dealer.

  Please read the new york state gun laws - specifically the "safe act" put in place by a democrat and the latest round of anti-gun laws put in place by yet another democrat.  These laws effect all of us.

All detachable magazines with a capacity of more than 10 rounds are illegal to sell in new york state unless they were registered within 1 year of the "safe act" going into effect or are for law enforcement. Standard magazines that hold more than 10 rounds of ammunition and are NOT registered are illegal to own in this state. We can legally pin magazines for you. 

Semi automatic rifles with a detachable magazine and 1 (one) feature are considered "assault rifles" (I know - a true assault rifle has semi and full auto capabilities - this is just a way of the democrats making up their own definitions to best suit their agenda).

As of now semi auto shotgun are not regulated other than magazine capacity.

  In order to purchase a semi automatic rifle of any kind you must have the addendum for it on your pistol permit or stand alone.

Magazines, ammo belts and various feed devices that hold more than 10 rounds are ILLEGAL to sell to new york residents unless they are law enforcement.

NFA items are illegal in new york state without the proper federal or law enforcement credentials.
